Depending on the bank, (I can only confirm commonwealth) the bank allows you to block international transfers and or place a limit on any amount and I have been caught out.
That might be the problem but paypal allows you to get around it.

I see Hester Park listed on the dogging location information. I will check it out in next day or so. However, is there any other locations worth looking at. Intend to meet someone towards end next week interested in dogging providing it is a secluded spot and suitable for day time fun.
