Had the same occur as primate9; entered SAWL nothing happened. I rang the Arkaba to ask why this would be and the guy I spoke to looked it up (SAWL) South Australian Wine Lovers, he said no such group was listed in the system. I also mentioned about our all being on the same floor, he informed me that without it being specifically requested under a group booking, along with all the guests names, it will be a case of the rooms location being subject to available location on the day/at the time..     

That is weird because I just tried it again and it works?
Make sure you select the 6th Feb in the date first, then click APPLY.
Then type in SAWL into the promo box and APPLY again.
It shows the updated prices. I've tried it using Google Chrome as the browser and it works.
We did not discuss with the venue about getting a floor reserved for us.
As people would want different types of rooms depending on their budget and requirements they wouldn't have those rooms all on the one floor.

Just booked a room and looking forward to the nite

What the  what is wrong with some people. I will still be there looking forward to it.

The event is still on. Management has simply asked that all people attending behave appropriately. Not a big ask really. It's not the first swingers event they have hosted there either and we've maxed out their accommodation that night too so it's a win win for everyone.

We've also heard that sshh parties are hosting a paid party at the same venue on the same night. They are charging people entry into their private party but it is free to attend our meet and greet.

Still trying to arrange the second baby sitter and then we will be there for a few hours.  Long way for a few wines but usually worth it.

We know it's real but have not attended ourselves.

As far as we know they host parties at a private property in Warradale.

Single males are $100, couples $60 and single females $25.

We would like to thank everyone for coming last night.

We had a huge crowd, by far the biggest we've ever seen in the last couple of years.

Someone counted about 120 people which is about what we predicted so well done to everyone.

We'll start organising the next meet and greet soon once we confirm the new venue's availability.

Only just got back online since the meet and greet and as this was our first meet and greet we were very impressed and loved it, I was no nervous but the nerves disappeared very quickly as we found we were surrounded by very open people who were willing to share their experiences with us as we are new to this scene and are slightly overwhelmed but can't wait for the next meet and greet
