The foreskin is meant to retract fully, but for various reasons it may not. When the opening in the foreskin is too small to allow the glans (head) of the penis through, the condition is known as phimosis. At times this can cause problems, particularly with hygeine, that can lead to a circumcision being necessary. Occasionally the retracted foreskin cannot be pushed back over the glans leading to paraphimosis - this can be serious and require attendance at an emergency department - so if a foreskin doesn't want to retract fully - don't force it. hope that helps P
My brothers didn't peel back very far - it became a problem for him at some point and he had to have an adult circumcision. It's difficult to keep clean when it doesn't fully retract. Mine was similar during my early teens, but at some point (during masturbation) my frenum (joining tissue under glans) split, with much blood .... and all was cured.
fortunately I have neither!
I'm an uncut guy, I get what people say about it being unhygienic, but I've known since I was a kid that I have to keep it clean. I take a bit of every shower to really lather my cock up and really clean the inside and outside thoroughly. As for the foreskin, I remember when I was younger I used to roll it back all the time just fun (I was a kid alright lol) but no cant do it straight off the bat. I can if I'm having sex bareback and once it's all lubed up it rolls back. It has occasionally done so while having sex and has had a bit of a sting it. But I just push it back and it's all good. I often wish I was cut and admit that a cut cock looks more impressive, but this is the cock I have and it may not be the prettiest or biggest but it's mine and I'm proud of it.
There are a lot of misconceptions around relating to the foreskin and cleanness. I am not here to change any ones mind but giving a different perspective. In lots of cultures talking about the penis and vaginas are a no no - which is very sad. Lots of guys who are still have their foreskins were never taught how to care for their foreskins/penises. Its skin like every other part of the body and as such the same care is required. Dead skin accumulates etc. So to manage that you need to be ex foliating, moisturising etc When showering you need to peel the foreskin back and wash. When you go to urinate you peel the foreskin back to prevent the urine from accumulating under the skin. You can peel the foreskin back during the day or when ever to allow the Glads to "breathe." I understand if you have had a "bad" experience with a unclean uncut penis why you would be sceptical to try again. Yes I am uncut, and yes I have met females that have bad experiences - we chatted and I showed proof and yes they were then very comfortable to continue. Some even admitted that they had "more" fun as a result of the foreskin being there. xoxoxo
Personally, I like a little extra to play with smile My preference is for uncut, although it's not a deal breaker for me.
Im uncut and have never had a problem with it once i reached maturity it stays back on it own now and when i have an errection you could hardly tell the difference check out my profile pic to see. In my opinion its meant to be there so leave it.

Do all males havea foreskin that peels back and expose a fair amount of head. I was playing with someone who hardly peeled back at all and I am just curious. Never thought of it before.

From my knowledge there's three variations....cut, loose cut and uncut. A fully circumcised penis when erect has no foreskin. I have a loose cut penis, which is the most common circumcision performed, when erect the foreskin pulls away from the glans. An uncut penis may have foreskin attached to the glans and cover the knob when erect.

Or it may pull all the way back like mine does when erect. Some are tighter than others is all.
I'm a guy with foreskin and keep it clean always. I use condoms while having sex with multiple partners. I become excited when I see a gleam in the female's eyes as I get hard and slowly push my foreskin back to reveal my pink dick head.
