Being new to the scene and site both my husband and myself are unsure of how to make a start etc. There's a level of excitement yet also a feeling of being lost in a sense. Went into the general chat pool before and didn't know how to jump in or what to say. If any other people who have been in the "first time" category and understand this feeling read this i would love some tips or "how to's" so i start to feel more comfortable on this site and can navigate or join in conversations with some confidence smile

chat is a great way to start, you may be more comfy in a smaller room. On the right hand side there is a 'room' tab that will give you a list of rooms, there may be one closer to your home, where you can jump in and talk a bit more and it wont be quite so overwhelming. Another great way is to keep an eye open in the 'Lets Meet Up' forum, where meet and greets are posted. These are open get togethers when you can meet others from the same area, totally non play, non pushy and in a public place, usually a pub or something similar. Do not be afraid to say no thanks, most are fairly selfconfident enough to take a polite refusal without getting pushy. Another avenue is to check out any professional parties - try the Commercial Parties forum for that one. In Melbourne we have a few different venues, where you can be as discreet or open as you like, with lot sof different rooms for differing levels of play. YOu can go and play with just the two of you, watch others, or invite others to join you. Get to know your fellow chatters, we usually are happy to help out the newbies smile

Most of all - HAVE FUN. If it isn't fun, try somewhere else :)

I have found that here too. Some say that the chatrooms can become quite cliquey, but I tent to find that the longer you hang out in there, the more people you get to know, and the more people will talk to you. If you go in there and don't say anything, you can't complain if no one talks to you smile

Naww thanks Merls, we are comfortable now and have got to know people and have been to a few meet and greets. We are ourselves and dont try to be fake, will always chat whether it is mundane everyday life chat or hot kinky flirty chat. Always have time for those that arent "fuktards" lol lol
