bloomin i know im not the best person to comment seeing as im young but bitchiness always grows more when you get older i believe, its like entertainment for them and gossip is so much fun but in saying that doesnt help others in say your position and to be honest i think its fucking ridiculous we are all here to have fun
smile nicely said candy :)
As older people we should grow up yep right How about some younger member's show some respect to other people too. The comment i saw in chat yesterday was rude and embarrassing and besides reporting it to admin Which we did. You cant name and shame the person that did it but The comment went like this Some photos should not be allowed on profiles!!! This comment was made by a person with no extras lol The person that the comment was made about had extras and knew the person was talking about them as the other person had just looked at their profile. We are all different and what one person doesnt like lots of others do. If you dont like what you see or read keep it to your Fucking self dont try to make a big person out of your self at someone else expensive . It only makes you look stupid. This not directed to any one in above post here. If admin feels it should be removed please do. The person the comment was made about is a good friend to all on this site and they deserve to be treated with respect. cheers needachange
uummm really.. well i know that matter and its being looked at... does it have anything to do with.... the thread. uumm no... There are differences in everything BUT considering im the op.. and im an older member so to speak... need.... really.... yes some older folk need to grow up.... please read what was said before.... hitting a new tangent.... and considering the person was in their 30's that made that comment, lets not tar all with the same brush Am i still pissed off, yes.... Folks make alot of assumptions.. specially towards anyone that as so called power.. not just here on site, this goes any where.. Aussies enjoy ripping down, those that they think have more. Will it change prolly not.... As for younger folks growing up, some will and some wont, and some will end up being those older folks, that still need to grow up.... pppfftttttt
frankly i dont know the matter in question but i can say this i might be younger but i grew up with morals such as you be nice to me im nice to you so forth but yes alot of fuckheads around from both ages. Just be yourself and know that you are mature and awesome that way who gives a shit about anyone else
Life is too short for games and bullcrap, just be real, be yourself and let others be who they are. If you don't agree with it or have a negative opinion about them then keep it to yourself. There are bigger issues to worry about and life is meant to be fun so just enjoy it and if you don't like something, avoid it!!! I don't like apricots but I'm not standing in Safeway telling the apricots how much I don't like them and how stupid they are, I just accept the fact the world has apricots and I move on haha.
LoL..all the apricots from Safeway might gang up with their mates from Coles and come and get ya..haha
Are you trying to give me nightmares!!! Haha seriously some people are just haters because they know they will never get anywhere or be as good as you so let them hate, life will pass them by before they know it.

with the comment in chat that some pics should not be allowed in profiles, what about comments like that being put on the actual picture in a profile for EVERYONE to see......i just looked at a profile that had a picture of a woman giving a blowjob with a guy commenting that she looks like a crackhead!!!! is this allowed and if not, whos job is it to enforce?
Good point. I've seen another commenting that no way could the person call themselves "medium" build. But users have the ability to delete comments made against their own profiles, and they can certainly report it themselves if they feel insulted. Moderators can't be expected to review every comment made anywhere on this site.
ty Tempted..... your right we cant.. and flirts knows this. We do our best, to look at every profile. BUT with 100 thousand members since this week.. Moderators, arnt paid to sit on site.... And admin, do all the other work. You think the comment is rude REPORT it!!! really how often does that need to be said. Moderators are the first line of offense.. But hey..... we get called every name.... We arnt super human. It takes every one on site to make this a great site....

Unfortunately we are not aware of who enforces it.....the question i was asking is that if we see comments like that on someones profile, do we leave it for the owner of that profile to notify a mod, or do we stick our noses in and say "hey, thats pretty offensive".......we are well aware that mods cant do everything on here so was only trying to clarify

Oh please squirt..... You asked who enforces it.. Mods and admin WHEN they see anything or even get a report. You choose not to report.. Thats up to you.... But then lets not complain..... If mods or admin miss things... We can only do what we can see.
I'd say it's a fair question, actually - perhaps a rhetorical question, a question of ethics, but something to be considered. I've looked at some profile pics and thought....hmm, not what I consider appropriate, tasteful, accurate etc, but haven't gone as far as to comment on them. And yet, in the comments to the side, somebody has written something extremely unflattering, disrespectful, misogynistic etc. And so to the question - do I report a comment another member has made on a third person's profile because it upsets ME as the reader/viewer, or do I assume that the owner of the profile is aware of it and not offended so leave it alone? Perhaps I should jump in in case they haven't seen it and get it removed so as to spare their feelings, or perhaps I should carry on with my own affairs because it's none of my damn business, or perhaps I should alert somebody who cares, or who has a job to do, or perhaps I should just snigger to myself and thank god they're not making offensive comments about me....? I think the question is worth asking, from the point of view of public discussion "whose job IS it to confront things that are offensive?" Do we just leave things and hope somebody else deals with it? If we take up the issue, are we just making work for somebody, or are we contributing to the common well being of the community ( upholding the standards of decency, and all)? If we call for removal of things we find offensive, are we calling for censorship? And who says what is offensive, anyway? I'm not suggesting mods/admins don't do a good job, but I do think it's valid to ask the question how things are enforced - because it's worth discussing.

as was posted by rose before, it is down to every member to help keep the site decent. If you spot something not right then let a moderator know or place a support ticket to admin to have it sorted. not really rocket science. blonde_nymph
