well, you haven't listed any locations so you may not get any answers. You may get a better response if you put this in the dogging forum
I think he means the locations in the Dogging tab of this site.
I get the feeling they were added when the site was new and haven't been updated for a long, long time.
Your best bet is to monitor the Dogging forum and see if people list places, or see who goes dogging then get to know them through chat/messages and see if they will share the location with you.

A few times in the last few years. But once a place gets known, You find visits from police and so on, happen. :)
And that puts folks, off, for a while, and they find a new spot... Until, the old place is forgot for a bit.
