Ok purely as a member, i use what a site offers, BUT in saying that, its not up to a site, to look after me, to say this, problem, Thats up to me, its not fool proof, but then i cant blame anyone else.
Dont show what you dont want seen. IE dont show your face, if your afraid of being spotted.
Want your face on cam... wear a half mask.
If you want to play... change where you do play, dont make it so folks, go, OH yeh i know that room...
If you live in a small population area. Dont use your postcode, use the next biggest town...

This is totally NOT on. Firstly, if a video was made without consent than that is a criminal offence. I'm sure you guys have reported this dick to Admin.
I have made numerous requests to have more control over our cams. All we can see is who is watching. It would be great if we could control that watch list. Also handy for those of us who are sick of wankers who direct, send disrespectful msgs or annoying whispers when we're on cam. Why not add it in the Extras package as a value add. Or set it up like the whipers option - Allow, Ignore or Block.
Maybe if enough of us make the request it might happen.
I'm sure I'll get the same response I always get to this suggestion......make a private room and invite only those you want in there. I, and many others, prefer to be in a public chat room. Frankly I'm over hearing it. Yes, it's our choice to go on cam but a little control would be most helpful.

I always thought that we all came on this site for the same reason, and all expected the same amount of discretion from each other. This is disgusting to say the least, i think a way of controlling who can and can't watch you on cam if you have extras is a great idea. Might weed out some of the trouble makers..

You misread it. We didn't say the person had Extras. Sexii was agreeing with me that offering cam control with Extras would be a good thing.

It would be good to see an admin try to answer this question, and explain why they won't add a block button for cammers. Every time this topic comes up in the forums, it's left to the mods to answer all the time......even though they can't change it anyway. Most of us are thinking that it will never be changed because it is bringing in the new full paying members. But how long will that last if all the couples and fems stop camming? Not many new members are going to pay out their money to join up and watch a sausage fest on cam every night. We may be wrong, but until admin states any different, I don't think so. And to the OP, thanks for bringing this up, it's a risk we all should be reminded of now and then.

Im afraid admin as answered this one often. But mods do cop the brunt, even though folks,think we can wear out mod hats and get things like this done.
The site.... didnt make money, really till less then a year ago. so i dont think money is it, doesnt explain when the 80 thousand who got the site for free, till may last year.
This as been the answer since i first started and to this time, havent heard any differently.

Which is why i suggested the 2BN write this up. The idea was when speaking to 2BN that we help folks understand about being secure.
Its not just up to a site to add a block button... ONE really.. doesnt solve the problem of security.. in general. FOLKS could be your best mates, and you wouldnt know unless something got out and they admit it.

This thread brings up a topic that arises so often it is no longer funny. G & G and others have brought it up here again and as they say, we keep getting the same answer over and over without the question actually getting answered. Put simply, WHY can't we have a block button to stop people looking at OUR cam. So many members no longer cam and the reasons are generally the same, that they don't like the way certain members treat them while they are on cam. If a block button was available and you could allow only those that you want to watch have a look then the problem is solved. We have seen the question posed so many times and as G & G says, the answer is always the same, Make a private room and invite people you want in. That is not the answer. Are we expected to open a private room , go into all the chat rooms, pick the ones we want to watch then give them the password. Then while we are putting on our show, do we keep stopping and going back into all the chat rooms to see who else has come in and then invite them in and then go back to our play? The members have asked for a block button for camming and admin have not answered why we can't have one. We are on no other sites but we believe from reading these forums that this feature is available on many other adult sites. If SH cannot give us one then fine but please can we have a reason given for this often asked question.

I am well aware that Mods can't make it happen, but I'm sure you taking it to Admin carries more weight than our suggestions that rarely get answered. At least you give us some form of reply, which is appreciated.
As for being safe how about informing all members that they should turn off the Enable Location Finder if they have the SH app on their android phone. That is a major safety issue that most members are not aware of. We only found out by accident from another member. No where on this site does it warn of the dangers of having that enabled. In my opinion that is something that is Admin's responsibility.

Ask " and where are you getting this information"
They will either dob themselves in for using the site, dob in someone else, or discredit themselves making their info invalid whether its true or not. If they admit to watching you simply state you must be mistaken or straight up admit to it and ask them what they thought. Challenge them to as why they are on the site.

i dont go on cam mainly because i dont look good but mrs two loves it. she doesnt show her face when she remembers lol
we havnt had any problems yet with that sort of thing. but if were recognised at the wrong time and somebody isnt being descreet we are just going to look at them wierd and walk off. if somebody does recognise us were not overly worried as long as theyre descreet. the cam room gets a make over for cam times, different bedspread and a cam tweek to change colours slightly . as for the video, if i found it was illegally obtained and knew it actually existed id probably ask for it back or talk to the police.

thank you cum again Good and greedy i think you will find that app has changed and it doesnt give distances at all now, i did tell site about that cpl of months ago and they fixed it asap. As for recording video im pretty sure but once u broadcast it you lose rights to it and anyone can rec ord it if they wish, the only safe gaurd is that on a site like this they have rules and can ban ppl if found out, but its not illegal.

The block feature (and I'm happy to call it that, because it actually works) on the site that many of us came from stops people you choose to block from being able view your profile, or contact you. It also prevents you from having to see their drivel in the chat rooms too. So, as far as you're now concerned, they just don't exist. Everything they type just doesn't appear in chat. It's great!
I'm not sure about how it affects camming, but if it did all those things, AND stopped them from being able to see your cam, the world would be a wonderful place.
It's obviously possible, coders, so let's make it happen.

Coastie - the distance locator on the site is not what I'm talking about. It's only found in the SH App for your phone. And it is still there because I just had a look.
AJ - The block option doesn't block cams. I was thinking more of an allow button. A bit like the whisper option where you have to give permission for someone to view your cam. Or disallow someone from your Watch List. Either option works for me.

I have actually had people question me about my profile and profiles i have on other sites. Thats why I don't have a face pic and my tattoo is hidden in my public gallery. I don't go around telling everyone I know that I am bi or the fact that I am a nudist and swinger, just my closest friends and some family . could come under the copyright act as the people on cam are the original owners of the broadcast and it should not be copied otherwise it breaks the copyright laws same as a movie DVD music CD and Photographs..

Probably the "disallow" option would be the most practical out of those two. The reason being if people are on cam doing the kitchen bench, the last thing they want to have to do is stop & "allow" each person that they wish to be able to view their cam... which is the point of being on cam in the first place.
We would suggest the "disallow" button would be more practical and quicker to use, as this would allow you to simple get rid of certain individuals who weren't behaving themselves... and also means you have to invest less time in that, and more time in shagging on the kitchen bench.

I find on this site ppl just post up things about laws that arent actually laws, also nowhere can i find anything that says showing a video or picture from an online site is illegal. Id love someone to prove me wrong, but my thoughts r if you show on here you have to expect under current stiuations that it can get into wrong hands, so be aware and dont just think because its posted here by someone claiming its illegal that your covered
