Ignoring the fact that a business likes to make some profits, there is considerable costs in running such a site. I have the professional experience to have written my own and considered it before AMM and RHP and SH existed, however I didnt see the value in doing it. Without charging, it would be a large personal cost.
Plain clothed police do walk the beach and fly over, which is easy for them because its next to the RAAF.. but that said, anyone that knows the area will know that is a MM pickup spot and it happens all day every day regardless. Id say with the new Marina going in, its days are numbered.
