Hi guys.. there are a number of spots on the coast that are good for a fun day, some of them are list on this website.. others that the wife and i have played at are, the rest area in Yandina (near the bridge), Bli Bli picnic area (again near the bridge), Parklyn parade at Mooloolaba (the spit, there is a lovely park, but bring a blanket), another really great spot is Foote sanctuary at Buderim and Buderim forest park/reserve, both of these last two locations are our favorites. they have enough privacy that we have been able to enjoy both the company and scenery. Buderim forest park has a waterfall with a concave that is perfect for spreading a blanket on the ground. It does pay to arrange to meet someone there though as there are not always other people, (swingers/ doggers) around. The times that there have not been others around, we still have managed to have a great day making love in the rain forest with the waterfall splashing just feet from where we lay.
