We run swingers parties. Our passion is for people to have an awesome night without any pressure to play or do anything they don’t want to do. There may be a light kink show at some point throughout the night.

This space is free to be used by anyone who would like to partake in the fantasy.

There are several play areas including a large couples only room, a swing, sling room, kink room, gangbang room and other great spaces to play.

There is a 5 person spa, indoor and outdoor smoking area, 2 showers and 3 toilets.

We supply latex-free condoms, lube, nibbles, soft drink, towels for the showers and spa, a locker and a clean safe environment to play.

NEVER more than 2 guys to 1 girl booked.

The main rules of the house are: no touching without asking, no pressuring anyone to play, asking before joining play, respect for others wishes is a must, regardless of what bed you’re on, mobile phones MUST stay in lockers.
