First of all let us apologise for the site problems over the last week, we have run thorough diagnostics on our servers and have been unable to find any problems, our servers are nowhere near their capacity limit, also we are nowhere near hitting bandwidth limits, we believe that the problems lie with the data center, unfortunately they have not been as proactive as normal and have had to go down the route of proving that there is a problem at their end in order to get them to investigate further, its a frustrating situation to be in and we are doing all we can to resolve this issue.
