7 pm onwards.
We will be at the tables opposite the band stage.

only if its a different venue...otherwise no sorry, personally i prefer to celebrate my birthday in better surroundings than the Arkaba..some people i must admit would've been nice to meet and others i can do without meeting.
I will be there its only a location and its the people i am going to meet

Well as long as the venue is no further south than the Ark lol
People have already booked rooms at the Arkaba that i know are coming from interstate
Bit late to be changing now. location can not always suit every one
Maybe change the location in Feb meet and leave this one as it is
I will be attending the Arkaba hotel on the night intended who ever shows up great even if the location is changed i wont be changing
The meet n greet will be at the arkabar hotel
thanks for those who offered input on a possable location,
Which included
Mick O'Sheas ..... : on south road half way to victor harbour so it's a fair way out and not easy to get to.
The highway Inn ..... : has no accomadation that i can find and theres nothing esle close.
there for not being able to scout out other suitable locations in the time required and the fact the location has been changed once already, it was decided to leave it as is.
It will be great to see you All there, We are looking forward to another great SH meet n greet

With 1 week to go it looks like this is going to be a ripper of a meet with 20+ people indicating they will be there! Already
Remember Meet & Greets are open to anyone wanting to attend, So bring a friend who is interested in this life style. It is a great way to introduce new people to the site, and boost membership.
