Northern Rivers Meet and Greet

Hi we are organising a social Meet and Greet for friends New and Old in the Northern Rivers area of New South Wales , We have Chosen Lismore as the town and after some checking around we Think Mary G's Hotel is a nice venue , theres a band , Good Food and an outdoor area in the hotel , The date will be 18th May which is a Saturday Night , starting from 6pm , If you want to come along please indicate you intentions as early as possible , This is quite a popular venue and does become a little crowded as the night wears on so if You intend dining here a reservation with the hotel could be a good idea,  We hope to see a few local people there . I will add a selection of Motels over the next few days for those that might want to stay overnight ,

I have a bit of time to confirm but would like to make up your way and its not to far away these days will let you know at a later date

UPDATE ,,,, Due to the unavailability of Accomodation at Lismore we are concidering changing the Venue to  another area and Coffs Harbour  seems to have plenty of accom for the 18th of May , will just confirm a venue in the next few days . I hope that isn't going to inconvenience anyone.  MrPJ

UPDATE  ; Hi All , some progress has been made ,We have  found a venue at Coffs Harbour , it has food available ,  Restaurant(  Restaurant  Bookings are advised if you want to eat in the restaurant )  Beer Garden and entertainment 

 The Coast Hotel , formerly Fitzroy Hotel now  totally refurbished 

Time

date. 18th May 2019 

Accommodation : There are  a multitude  Accommodation suppliers in Coffs  Harbour . Many of these are within walking Distance of The Coast Hotel. If You are intending to stay overnight a booking would be essential

 General :

 Ive spoken to the Hotel and they inform me that The Place "goes off" on Friday and Saturday nights, They are  happy to cordon off an area for us in their Beer Garden , (where meals can be delivered to) , if we can give them some approximate numbers  of people Attending ,  If you are intending to come along to have a drink or Dine please indicate in this Post Thread , If you are undecided  then I imagine You could just come on the night and fit in somewhere .This is a social night  so smart casual Dress please ,

Come along and meet some of the people you chat with, or would like to chat  with , and have a good fun night, Mrs PJ and I hope to see You there .

yep I'll be up for that put me down I'm up for a ride ____________:! On my bike lol it will be good to meet up with who turns up looking forward to it 

I would be interest in a drive down for a beer

We were planning to leave here pn 12th, heading north to forster tuncurry coffs and/or ballina.....so we could possibly show up (if invite extends our way naturally ) ?

All members are free to attend any meet and greet, The whole idea is for people to meet other members in a public, no pressure atmosphere.

Hi All , Not too long now and Voting Day will be upon us , so if You are travelling to Coffs for the meet and Greet don't forget to do an early vote so you don't forget , Hoping to see you at Coffs on the night , We will be having nametags to identify everyone ,. and we will be booked Under Sharon and Pauls  Social Group , Again , Hope to see you there
