NEWCASTLE - 5th 6th and 7th oct -2019 - A big National - Meet and Greet

Hey folks, 

thought I would put the idea out there.

Im looking for hosts, yep male and female, would love them to be, folks, who have run sydney meet and greets, before, But anyone, willing to help would be great.

For a big meet and greet social. Its in a year, to allow, interstate folks, to get their cash together.

The hosts will be the folks, people go to for whats happening, whats planned, questions, and are needed, to be there at the event.

Hi all i think it's time to for another Meet and Greet at Newcastle and there is going to be a dress theme this time 

Date: 5th 6th and 7th depending on numbers

Time: 6:30

Venue: West Leagues Club,              New Lambton

Meeting Place: Terrace Room

Dress Code: Formal Wear                      (no jeans,shorts,t-shirts ,thongs,etc)                       so get ya fancy dresses and suits out 

There is accommodation available at the back of the club.  There is plenty of parking across the road from the club.

There are restaurants or bistro"s available inside the club if anyone is wishing to have a meal....If choosing to have a restaurant meal u must book ahead.

All welcome to come and join as it's always lovely to meet new people and putting faces to names. Looking forward to seeing u all there for another great night.

i would like to make a suggestion about the date, 

try and make it a weekend penrith panthers dont play ,

or make it after the grandfinal which is the long weekend of october, 

ie: daylight savings start the first sunday in october

i have been in the club after a footy game , and you cant move it gets crowded

 Unsure of when they play, as i dont follow uumm the sport... So MrsParty would you like to check, date in mind is the 21/9-23/9 -- at the moment

The NRL grand final is always the long weekend in October 

so the long weekend in October next year is fri sat 5th to Monday 7th October 

Therefore the NRL grand final is 6th October 

So I would agree to move it to Newcastle or have it after the grand final weekend 

I am still a newbie...but would certainly be into it! New experience for me!!

 Oh i went to the first big meet and greet in melb, and im in qld... But there are the flights into newy.. They arnt so far behind the times... lol 

But its also why, im looking to have it across the weekend, so if folks, want to catch folks, its not so hard... or those travelling interstate, or different parts... the time frame is easier..

We are northern N.S.W 1hr from Brisbane,,2hrs closer for us,,so works both ways I guess

newcastle has its own airport for travellers
