UPDATE:  We will meet at the "Shelter Bar". The entrance is on Baildon Street and it's an area that, according to Samnite (thanks Sam for this suggestion) "is kinda outdoors but undercover in between two of the bridge's piers".

 We will probably stay somewhere close by!  Just looked up a 3 bedroom place for $300 or so which is pretty good!  Will talk closer to the date
