Hi, After reading a replies and talking to people in the chatroom from members who are coming to their first meet and greet and asking how they will identify the swingers, i think the balloon thing of previous meets or similar is a great idea.
If there are multiple groups in there, there needs to be a way of new members identifying the right group.
The balloons in the other meets have been a great idea. Thats how we knew which was the right group of people on our first meet and greet.

Was good to put some faces to names
the dinner is booked under the name of PETER very easy to then identify which table is reserved for us. as far as people showing up later in the cocktail lounge ill make a point of ensuring no one gets lost trying to find our group.
