No it is not because you are not blood related only applies between brother and sister or parents but second cousins onwards is ok and legal

Arguable... Moreso though in the case of a Step-Parent to a Step-Child (morally), though not specifically illegal. Defined as; 1. Sexual relations between people classed as being too closely related to marry each other. 2. The crime of having sexual intercourse with a parent, child, sibling, or grandchild. Of course, it has different connotations in different religions too.
