I could do with shedding some kilos.... there I have said it...
Would anyone else like to join me in some light exercise? Walking, bike riding, swimming, deep water running, gym.....anything else? Would anyone like to swap healthy eating recipes or plans?
Is anyone else in Melbourne motivated to shed some weight and looking for a partner in crime?
