For us its a turn off for group / random sex.... we think swinging now simply means a orgy, random sex, or group sex.
For the following reasons its a no go:
1/ A pregnant women is beatufull not as a sex object, but as a mother.
2/ Consider group / random sex and STD being passed on to the child.
3/That time should be shared exclusively with her primary partner.
Just our opinion.
