Hi guys i have a friend that would like to offer a room in his place for discreet would cost $ for the day and you would have full use of the pool ,spa and the are conditions to this though,there is no smoking and no drinking in the apartment and his privacy must be must pay before the day and at this stage we are still working out what we will be doing about some sort of security/bond. This apartment is at Arundel between Westfield and Harbourtown. Would be very careful with the charging for use of the room / apartment as it leaves him open to legal action if by some chance someone injures them selves somehow while there , Its good to see someone offering a room for others to meet and play at just would hate to see him get burnt from trying to help others out
Its a sad fact this day and age where everyone and anyone runs to a solicitior before anything else when someone injures themselves most of the time from thier own actions and someone else has to pay for it
The charging for the room would be where the issues would arise , You think of motels etc they have PLI to cover such things
