Maslins House on the Market Are we all thinking swingers resort

We noticed that an 11 bedroom house in Maslins, South Australia on the road to the fantastic maslins nudist beach is on the market. If we had the money we'd be thinking of turning it into a nudist/swingers resort. Any game investors out there?

Hmmmmmm Well it's a 'nice' thought .... except that most nudists are not swingers - they are just people who like fresh air on their skin. all over their skin And many of the swingers I've met are not nudists. Funny how we can get our gear off and get into / onto a bed, but not out in public & onto the beach !!! Phil

we have had similar experiences.
although quite a few of the nudists we have met are swingers or at least open to the idea.
and then at swingers clubs we have been to, met couples who are quite happy to walk around the club completely nude in front of say 50 or more other people, but when mentioning getting naked at a beach with others, they are horrified of the idea lol
