I would suggest cobblers beach. It can be found on rhe northern side of the middle head peninsula. Obelisk beach is on the southern side and it appears to be a beat for gay men

My suggestion would be Werrong Beach, at the southern end of the Royal National Park. Access from the carpark at Otford. It is well secluded, but worth the effort to get to. The track in is quite steep in places.
