Well as you asked, here's my 2 cents! 
Your profile is supposed to be your 'shop window' to show people what a good choice you'd be. Unfortunately your window dressing is sadly lacking.
For example, this is your profile text:
If I was walking by I'd just keep walking. After all, why would I want to stop and take time to PM you for more details when there are plenty of other profiles with all the info I'm looking for? You'd be better off padding that out with some details about yourself, what you're looking for, what you can offer them, your likes and dislikes etc. That way people won't have to PM you to find out more.
Now, on to your photos. I'm afraid cock shots are a dime a dozen on sites like this. You only need to look at the gallery to see how many are available, and how similar they all look. It really is a case of seen one, seen all. Let's face it, if people walked round all the time with their dicks hanging out and a paper bag over their head, dicks would soon lose their appeal.
You're obviously not too worried about privacy because you already have a face photo as your forum avatar. So why not expand on that and replace some (most ;-) ) of your genital pics with some carefully posed face shots? Let people see the real you, show them the person they'll be meeting, and let them get a feel for you. Get dressed up and show them how good you look. :hunk: Maybe add a mix of serious and not so serious photos? :silly:
The other thing to do is have a good scan through the competition's profiles. Put yourself in the shoes of the people you'd like to meet and see if you can spot some male profiles that would catch your eye. I'm not saying you should cut and paste someone else's profile into yours, but you should be able to get a good idea of what sells and what sinks. :thumbup:
