 Still used, although not as much now that they've fenced off a large section for "regeneration". It is the park off from the bridge over the Nepean river, ( just north of the town Menangle), on Menangle rd, between Picton and Campbelltown

We have been there late afternoon/evening and it's definitely a gay haunt as we seen it with our own eyes in the bushes. We were followed by one other guy who was probably interested in what we were doing, but like most guys going there he probably just settled for cock if that's only what's on offer.

they cannot give plates to cops for no reason at all and they must advise. Going there and parking i's not illegal

apparently there have been complaints by families about creepy guys loitering in cars and some wanking in the bushes. I can tell you the police are following up on the numbers they get.

Following up on guys creeping around and wanking in bushes one thing, I or guys who seem to sit in cars and drive around . But if you just sitting in your car they can't chase people up for that.
