A few suggestions depending on your vehicle and time available.
1. The forestry park area at Bells Bridge west of Mary River;
2. At certain places along Curra Estate Road
3. At end of cul-de-sacs in St Andrews Estate
4. At dead ends of roads into North Coast railway line near Curra
5. Near the quarry along Anderleigh Road
5. Back of my car while driving along the many country road ( note: I promise not to look - smile!!!) I am just joking
