Yes a green box would show you as a couple but then your profiles says "single" if you are truely a couple you need to change your profile to a couple and have full details of you both on it as you have no referance to you being a couple
You would have a better success rate too , we wouldnt even think of meeting a supposed couple when the profile is that for a single male
Update the profile and we are sure you would find a fare bit more intrest

I am single an have a single profile. But I have a female fb that I go dogging with regularly. Other times I go dogging on my own. Sometimes you need to look beneath the colour of the box (so to speak!)
