We are on the lookout for some new moderators for the website and chatroom.
What we are looking for are chatters who are reasonably well known in the room. You must be friendly and easy to talk to and willing to donate your time to help others. You must also be fair and have a thick skin as some people can get very angry and make things very personal when you have to step up and sort out a problem.
If you think you have what it takes to be a mod please put your name down here. This post will be open for 1 week and then it will be closed while the decision gets made.
We are looking for more than 1 mod and we are looking for mods who chat very late at night often and others who chat during the day.
You MUST:
have a clear understanding of the chatroom rules found here: http://www.swingersheaven.com.au/chatroom/chatrules.html and AUP found here: http://www.swingersheaven.com.au/aup.html
Be respectful to EVERYONE even if you don't particularly like them.
Treat everyone equally even if you are friends with them.
Do NOT Apply If:
You have been banned at all.
Need to be constantly reminded about respect and manners in the chatroom.
REMEMBER
This is an UNPAID job, but even though you are volunteering your time you are still bound by a code of conduct. Anyone caught breaking this will be dealt with.
and lastly
While we love our jobs, they are not always easy and can be very time consuming. Please keep this in mind when applying for the positions.
