I understand that a maximum limit must be set for the chat rooms, but for fuck sake it shouldn't be so hard to get into the rooms when their full. It is the worst and most stupid aspect of this site and that's no order or control of how people get into the rooms. A suggestion would be to incorporate some kind of waiting list in order to get entry into a room, so when one person comes out, one person can go in.. In a LOGICAL order. At the moment if you have fast net, you get what you want. For the rest of us who don't sit in front of the computer all day and occasional get out of the house for stuff like work and fun, were left behind as the refresh rate is too slow.

I'm not sure what issues you are experiencing, but even in the busy times I have no trouble getting into a chat room. Yes the more popular rooms do fill up fast and can some times take some time to get into, but there is more often than not more people in the other rooms happy to have a chat.
the waiting list as you put it would be a backwards step in my opinion. It would add more stress to the server, there is no guarantee that the person at the top of the list would still want to get into that room when their time comes, as they may be in conversation when a slot opened up.
The only reason I know people want to be in the main room constantly is to have a perve, as if you wanted to chat, there are many lobby lounges there that you can do that on.
as sometimes in life, things aren't fair and you have to suck it up and deal with it. I'm all for leaving the entry methods as they are at the moment as they appear to be working.

If you wish to get into a room other than the one you have joined and it is full - just keep clicking on join room until a spot opens up.
The Pool fills up because it is the first join room, that is all. As it is the first join room it seems more popular. Keep in mind many of our regular chatters create their own rooms and they use a lot of other rooms other than the pool

The chat rooms are great at any time. They are Australia wide ones ie the The Pool room or Beachbar. made by admin
Then there are user rooms, made up by members. which will state in their room names, ie for members of WA or other states.. or what the person running them is after.. :)
